Perform credit and criminal background check, verify employment and rental history | | | |
Supervise the signing of the lease document, using CAR Form LRA | | | |
Receive security deposit and first month's rent from Tenant | | | |
Communicate with landlord as much or as little as required, via phone and/ or email | | | |
